Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Thank you for supporting The Set Me Free Project! Because our merchandise is made to order, each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This helps us reduce waste and ensure that more of our resources can stay focused on our mission of preventing human trafficking before it starts.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for a change of mind.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered and in great condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
Your name and order number
A brief description of the problem
A clear photo showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
If multiple items are affected by the same issue, we may ask for a photo or video showing all affected items together.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will work with our production partner to provide an eligible replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You generally will not need to return the damaged or defective item.
Sizing & Color
Because our products are printed specifically for each order, we cannot provide a refund or replacement if the wrong size or color was ordered.
We strongly encourage you to review the sizing guide provided with the product before ordering. Please keep in mind that colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Print Placement
For direct-to-garment printed products, small variations in print placement can occur as part of the production process. Variations of up to approximately 0.5 inch are considered within normal production tolerance and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If a delivery is unsuccessful because of an incorrect or incomplete address or another issue outside of our control, additional charges may apply to have the item reproduced and shipped again.
Questions or Problems With Your Order?
We want you to be happy with the merchandise you purchased while supporting our mission. If something isn't right with your order, please contact The Set Me Free Project rather than the manufacturer, and we'll help determine the best next step.
Thank you for supporting prevention education and helping us work toward a world where human trafficking is stopped before it starts.
