Director of Programming
Rebecca Saunders has long been passionate about protecting and empowering children and youth. She previously served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in foster care in both Texas and Oklahoma, where she advocated diligently for the safety, stability, and well-being of the children entrusted to her care.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Children’s Ministry from Oklahoma Christian University in 2018, Rebecca began serving in church leadership as a Children’s Minister, equipping families and mentoring young people.
In 2023, she joined The Set Me Free Project as Director of Programming, where she leads the development and implementation of prevention education initiatives designed to equip youth, families, and professionals with the tools to recognize and prevent exploitation.
Rebecca is a devoted mother of two and values meaningful time with her family. Together they enjoy outdoor adventures, serving in their church community, and creating lasting memories. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and exploring new places.
