Connection and Impact Coordinator

A lifelong educator, Dale brings nearly 30 years of experience as a school counselor and advisor, with a deep passion for supporting youth and families through life’s many twists and turns. Originally from New York City and holding a master’s degree in school counseling, she has built lasting relationships and delivered impactful results throughout her educational career.

Joining The Set Me Free Project feels like coming home—offering a chance to continue making a difference in the community and work toward a better world for everyone. Compassionate, caring, and fiercely loyal, she thrives on connection and purpose.

Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking with her dogs, skiing, gardening, playing pickleball, or doing anything that gets her moving—because the grass never grows under her feet. She’s incredibly excited and honored to be part of The Set Me Free Project’s mission.
