    Human traffickers can take many forms. However, it always where another person profits 

    at the expense of others.

    Labor traffickers use violence, threats, lies, and other forms of coercion to force people to work against their will.

Consent

Permission for something to happen or agreement to do something.

A YES is not a  YES if  NO is NOT an option. 

Domestic Violence 

Violent or aggressive behavior within the home, typically involving the violent abuse of a spouse or partner.

Dating Violence 

Pattern of assaultive and controlling behaviors that one person uses against another in order to gain or maintain power and control in the relationship.

Rape

Unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without force, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the victim.

Sexual assualt

Any nonconsensual sexual act proscribed by Federal, tribal, or State law, including when the victim lacks capacity to consent.

Stalking

Engaging in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear for his or her safety or the safety of others or suffer substantial emotional distress.
