Director of Communications

Dylan Yeomans serves as the Director of Communications for The Set Me Free Project, where he leads the organization’s messaging, media, storytelling, and public engagement efforts. In this role, Dylan helps amplify the mission of preventing human trafficking through education, ensuring that communities, partners, and supporters clearly understand both the urgency of the issue and the hope found in prevention.

Originally from Taylor, Nebraska, a small village in the Sandhills, Dylan attended Northeast Community College and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree. He began his career in the radio industry, spending seven years working professionally in broadcasting where he developed a strong passion for communication, storytelling, and connecting with audiences.

After relocating to Omaha, Dylan spent several years in the insurance industry building relationships and serving clients, before returning to the communications field. His combined experience in media, relationship-building, and public engagement now supports The Set Me Free Project’s efforts to reach schools, communities, and organizations across the country with life-changing prevention education.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys cooking, hunting, and playing Dungeons & Dragons. He lives in Omaha with his girlfriend, Kimberly, and their two cats, Mox and Xanthos—affectionately known as “Mr. Meow.”.
