Hotel Motel Trainer
The Set Me Free Project ® began in 2014 after much training, research, and education on the evils of human trafficking. The mission of The Set Me Free Project (SMFP) is to stop human trafficking before it starts by providing prevention education to all ages. Our desire is to reach as many facets of the community and as many people with trafficking prevention education.
As a Hotel Motel Trainer Volunteer, you will facilitate our Hotel Motel Human Trafficking Prevention and Response Program for hospitality employees. The volunteer in this role will report to the Training Coordinator. A background check is a requirement to become a volunteer.
Duration: 1-2 year commitment
Timeline: January through December
# of Volunteers Needed: Unlimited
Key Responsibilities:

Available to conduct trainings during regular work hours, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Ability to commit to 1-2 trainings per month. The training sessions are 60- 90 minutes in duration.

Available for monthly virtual meetings for program updates and training debriefs.
Skills:

Prior experience in education, training or public speaking preferred.

Spanish-speaking bilingual volunteers a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office with emphasis in PowerPoint.
